In the restored Podłęże Park in Jaworzno, on the site of the former tennis courts, a comprehensive concrete skatepark was built by Techramps. The project, covering an area of 2,185 m², was developed in collaboration with the design firm SloConcept on behalf of the Jaworzno City Hall. A key stage of the project was public consultation with the local skateboarding community, which allowed the layout of the features to be precisely tailored to the needs of both beginners and advanced users.

SLS Street Section and Open Bowl The main goal was to create a facility focused on smooth flow and continuous riding without losing speed. The heart of the SLS-style street section is a central platform that directs riders onto several varied riding lines. The layout is complemented by long walls, pipes, and hubs with varying angles of descent, creating ideal conditions for every type of grind and slide.

The second key element is an open bowl, designed with carving enthusiasts and those who love deep exits in mind. Variable profiles, narrowings, and a unique, sloped dome at the end of the bowl (which serves as a fast turnaround and wallride) allow riders to smoothly build speed for subsequent runs.

Techramps Quality and Technology The structure was built using wet concrete shotcrete technology with CNC-machined formwork. All steel components and galvanized steel copings were embedded and anchored directly into the slab’s reinforcement before pouring, ensuring maximum durability and safety. The skatepark in Jaworzno is fully equipped to host cup competitions.
