Officials didn't realize, that a skatepark is notnihg else than a playground, not for children, but for youth. They don't know that youth nowadays have to rage somewhere. If they haven't got where, they firstly mess around the blocks. In result they fall into bad company (we know that it's connected with: robberies, fights, drugs, sex, etc. mostly when they are 13-18 years old). Sport object like skatepark, gives an oportunity to spend time active and meet people, who shares hobbies or talk about other different topics. This is the place, where u can spend time nicely, ride for pleasure and rising ride skills also, to take part in tournaments in future.
